We guarantee that all plants will arrive in healthy condition. If a plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery due to shipping or nursery-related issues, we will replace it free of charge.
Plant survival after delivery depends on proper care, planting, and environmental conditions. We provide care instructions with every plant, but cannot guarantee survival if care instructions are not followed.
All plants are selected for Florida's climate zones. We cannot guarantee survival in unsuitable climates or extreme weather conditions.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
We ship primarily within Florida and the Southeastern United States. Shipping costs vary by location and order size.
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days. Live plants require special handling and may have longer delivery times during extreme weather.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your designated address.
Due to the living nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except for plants that arrive damaged or diseased.
Non-living items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition with receipt.

Environmental consulting services are provided through our partnership with Clearview Geographic LLC and are subject to separate consulting agreements.

Green Compass Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to plant loss due to environmental factors beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
