Green Compass Farms ships select products within the Southeastern United States. Availability varies by product type, season, and weather conditions.
Please contact us before ordering if you are outside Florida.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Live plant shipments may require additional scheduling to protect plant health.
During extreme heat, cold, or severe weather events, shipments may be delayed or rescheduled. We prioritize plant health over delivery speed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item type, size, and destination. Some specialty or oversized items may require custom quotes.
Live plants are packed carefully and shipped with moisture retention and protective materials. Despite best practices, live plants are subject to environmental stress during transit.
If a live plant arrives in poor condition due to shipping-related issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo documentation may be required. Replacement or store credit will be offered at our discretion based on availability.
Plants that fail due to planting location, care practices, weather, or environmental conditions beyond our control are not eligible for replacement.
Supplies and non-living products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
Limited local pickup may be available for select orders by appointment only. Pickup availability depends on order type and current scheduling.
Pickup instructions will be provided after order confirmation. Walk-in visits are not available.
